Cheese and crackers

My boy asked for a picnicy cheese and cracker type lunch. My girl isn't feeling too well the last few days. She started school on Monday and came home Friday with a fever and a cough so it's been a bit hectic. Here's to the rest of the week looking brighter :)

Cheddar, gouda, cranberry wensleydale, crackers, pastrami, salami, skillet corn, cucumber, plum and green olive tapenade.

HA HA!!! No bread!

I'm so pleased there is no bread so no stinkin sandwiches :)

Little Girl Wonder has made and packed lunches today. She started nursery today but doesn't have lunch at school. She wanted to make herself a bento and told me she 'needs loads' in her box. I know she won't eat half of it but she was loving picking out all the stuff and what to put in.

Just another sandwich

One of Boy Wonder's friends was over this summer and saw all my bento gear. He starting talking about the boy's lunch and how he would love for his mom just to even make him a pasta dish for lunch. Now ain't it funny, my boy wants nothing but a sandwich.

Didn't notice the bracelet in the picture until just now. It was an art project for Girl Wonder. You take a bunch of safety pins and put different beads on them and close them up. Then you take two little bits of elastic and string one through one side and the other string through the other end of the pin. Tie it off and you got a nifty little bracelet.

First day of 6th grade!!!

Goodbye sleeping in. Farewell lazy days. We meet again school uniform ironing . Hello early morning rush. It's been a few weeks since I've seen you.

Over all, it was quite a chilled, relaxed morning. Everything just fell back in to place of our normal routine. I was quite pleased!

Girl Geek Dinner

I know this isn't exactly bento related but it's still pretty dang cool and wanted to share with
